Eligibility Open to all students/amateurs. Professionals are not eligible regardless of their student status. There are no age restrictions. Contestants must be registered for the conference at the time of the competition. Acceptance will be limited to the first 24 completed applications: first come, first served. A minimum of 6 entrants is required for the competition to occur.

Instrumentation Any quartet combination of tubas or euphonium is acceptable.

Fee $20.00

Literature One work (may be multi-movement) of the contestants choice.

Time Competitions are limited to 10 minutes. There will be no penalty for students being stopped during the performance for time considerations.

Prizes $500 first place; $400 second place; $300 third place.
