| The Mechanical Testing Lab in
Room 323 Flarsheim Hall includes static and
dynamic mechanical testers for characterization
of mechanical properties and joint level
behavior. The lab has bi-axial testing
capability and includes a motion capture system
and digital video extensometer. Equipment Bose 3220 dynamic mechanical tester (220N load cell, 1000g load cell, digital video extensometer) Bose 3510 bi-axial dynamic mechanical tester (7.5kN/49Nm, 1.1kN/14Nm, digital video extensometer) Instron 5567 static mechanical tester (500N load cell, 30kN load cell, extensometer) Optotrak Certus Motion Capture System |
